The youth of Zambia Must Prosper shall constitute the party's mass organization and shall be referred to as The Youth League. The ZMP Youth League is an integral part of the Party, created by Article 37 of the Party Constitution and shall be directed by the Party President and the NCT. Its main objectives are to fully mobilize and organize the youth into participating in the political, social, cultural and economic affairs of the country.

Membership is open to all Zambians between the ages of 16 and 45 years. The Youth will be the security wing recruitment base, intellectual research wing and serve several functions including;
